Never did understand the fuss over this item. It is now a CULT thing with certain people. But then, it probably is a treat to that crowd in Clemson, South Carolina. Maybe it takes their minds off of Dabo for a few minutes.........

I saw that and always wonder who orders them. Maybe I’ve got the answer.
I can honestly say I’ve never had one. I wonder if it’s the same “meat” they started out with however many years ago.
I’m good for an egg McMuffin 3-4 times a year and maybe two cheeseburgers once a year. I try to avoid chains (all of them) and fast food at all costs. It’s not easy these days.
Eating out isn’t what it used to be. There’s only one restaurant in Athens I frequent these days.

Same here when they first came out in the early 80s. I remember it because a me and a co worker we’re driving back from a bsns trip to So Ga…we skipped breakfast and saw the billboards advertising them on 75 & were starving at lunchtime so stopped at the McD’s in Macon and both ordered them…thought I was gonna puke rest of the way home, first and last that day

I've had exactly one, back when they first came out in the '80s. I didn't buy it, someone bought lunch for a group of us and they got McRibs.
I ate it but had no desire for another one. I haven't eaten McDonald's in years but the only things I really like there are double cheeseburgers and fries. I used to like Big Macs but a few years ago I got one for nostalgia's sake and it wasn't nearly as good as I remembered them.
