Gas or Charcoal ?

I have both .Cannot beat Gas for  convenience . but charcoal taste better , imvho .

Recteq is the best of both worlds. Real lump charcoal is probably the best taste, but the learning curve can be tough.

People who master the BGE can create some amazing dishes.

I’ve had my egg for 20 years this month. When/if it dies I’ll get another one. Cannot beat the taste.

I only have lump for the BGE. I have a propane burner, too.
