ATHENS, Ga. — Fourth-ranked Georgia baseball (24-6) used an eight-run eighth to rally past Georgia State 14-9 Tuesday at Foley Field. The game had four lead changes. Georgia batted around twice in Tuesday's win, in the fifth and eighth innings. The Bulldogs are now 15-0 when bringing in 10 runs or more. The Bulldogs  (24-6, 7-2 SEC) will travel to Starkville, Mississippi to take on the No. 5 Mississippi State Bulldogs in a three-game series starting Thursday, April 2.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Softball outfielder Natalie Ray was named the Southeastern conference Player of the Week for her performances in last Wednesday's midweek clash with Mercer and the weekend series at Kentucky. She batted a team-best .714 over four wins this past week while also leading the team in RBIs (11), home runs (2), slugging percentage (1.714) and on-base percentage (.750). No. 11 Georgia is on the road again this weekend to take on No. 15 Texas A&M from Thursday, Apr. 2 through Saturday, Apr. 4 before returning home next Wednesday, Apr. 8 to host USC-Upstate at the Jack Turner Stadium.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Georgia track & field collects a trio of Southeastern Conference weekly awards for their performances at Hurricane Collegiate Invitational, announced Tuesday afternoon. Junior Mohamed Adoini was named Men's Co-Runner of the Week after an impressive outdoor debut in the men's 400 meter hurdles. Senior Jordan Davis was named SEC Men's Field Athlete of the Week after an impressive Bulldog debut in the men's javelin. On the women's side, freshman Chelsi Williams also collected an award from her outstanding field performance in the women's long jump; she was named SEC Co-Field Athlete of the Week. This upcoming weekend the Bulldogs will split, sending a small distance squad to the Stanford Invitational and the remaining competitors will travel to Baton Rouge, La. for LSU's Battle on the Bayou. Both meets take place April 4-5.

ATHENS, Ga. — Marcus "Smurf" Millender, who became just the ninth player in Georgia Basketball history to have 100 assists and 50 3-pointers in the same season, has signed to remain with the Bulldogs during the 2026-27 season.

WACO, Texas – Georgia equestrian senior Tessa Brown has been named the Educated Rider Standout Student-Athlete of the Month for March, as announced by the National Collegiate Equestrian Association (NCEA).
