Another DGD goes down

Most of you who knew 65 Dawg, especially from The Chat, should remember him.. Greg Holcomb passed a few weeks ago. He gave an enormous amount of money to the university. His obit is at Lord and Stephens funeral home. We met up a few times at TRD's program display

Yeah, I talked with him a few times at TRD's place too. He was a nice guy for the most part, very much a name dropper and pretty elitist. I think he had plenty of money and liked to make sure people knew he did. He was always friendly and nice to me.

I remember he got royally screwed by Sea Island and was very bitter about it. I can't say I blame him. He was also pretty tough on bamakp, he didn't like that he was a Bama fan on our board even though bamakp was as nice a guy as you'd ever find.

Yeah, we met a few times, once in New Orleans for Sugar Bowl and again when chatters met up some place in Athens, very nice restaurant. Sorry to hear when a Dawg leaves us.
