The answer is: our most needed is Will Muschamp back on the field coaching. The question is, "Will Jere let him come back?"

The D will have to be rock solid with our mild offense and average QB, and fumble-prone RBs.

Don’t forget Searles. He and bobo need to be a package deal.

Searles seems to recruit well and injuries seemed to be an issue on the OL last season so I will give him a one year pass.  Bobo has been consistently bad for his entire career.

What is Jere's problem with CWM?

Wasn’t searles here last when a rash of shoulder injuries were the excuse?  The injury excuse seems all too convenient.

That's why I give him a one year pass.  If injuries are a problem again this season, Searles might indeed be the problem.

Poor technique, overwork in practice, curse of some kind due to closeness to Bobo over the years, I don't know exactly.

In my ignorant opinion, Searles has little to nothing to do with injuries. That carbuncle on the tailbone of progress has been kicked upstairs, I believe. Now if we can get our kids out of those Nike clodhoppers, injuries will decrease.
