Would have traded him for Underwood?  Mateer?   Lagway? Moore at Oregon?   Many others…

The sound bite or narrative got out he didn’t have arm strength.   Also wrong.

Lots of folks (again, most of which are not here) owe this dude some serious apologies.

He's a very solid college FB QB.

Lagway had a great night for Baylor this past weekend, but I don’t want some ex-turd QBing my DAWGS.

Based on what I have seen so far this season, and I am certainly no expert, Georgia still needs some improvement in the intermediate to long passing game to compete at a national championship level.

Whether that requires improvement at decision making, throwing, route running, catching, coaching, or a combination of factors is above my knowledge.

I like Gunner. I’m rooting for him.

….And per usual / obviously, win the line of scrimmage and all of the above becomes easier.

I like Gunner, always have. Gunner does what I like a QB to do, he wins games. I liked Stetson too, from day one, and there were plenty who said he didn't have the arm to win big.

I'll happily keep taking these QBs that don't have the arm to win big.
