Besides the third quarter when it looked like he was just working on the deep ball he called a really good game. First half was damn near perfect.

Third quarter was a mystery to me. Why he kept dialing up deep balls with a big lead made no sense to me.

I've given up trying to figure him out. Bama looked good against the chickens last night, Bobo better be on his game in a couple weeks.

The 3rd quarter was a mystery but it may have just been Gunner making decisions to throw it deep. He does have options. I don't like the called QB sweeps. Someone mentioned he audibles to those but he is getting blasted and w/o him we are a 4 loss team. Maybe they are being called so that a later time he pulls up and throws a TD pass.

I think they are attempting to get him to cut it loose more…I think they knew OU was beat at that point..

Could be.  I have to say, our WRs aren't great at getting separation.
