CoCo govt will sell its soul for that data center.  Property taxes in CoCo aren't ever going down, too many people with too many kids who need schools moving in.

How many data centers do we need?  There is one between Fayetteville and Peachtree City, talk of one in Newnan and one to the north near Fairburn..
