Had back problems that started last September and lasted into December. Then, hip problems that are still a bit of a problem. Thank God for steroid injections. I have put off any surgeries and will continue to do so until I just can't stand it any more. Ahhh yes...the Golden Years!

I know man. Can't be a pussy and get old. I am struggling with hips and lower back as well. Trying to stretch and excersize my way thru it. slow process
