CLEMSON, SC - Tenth-ranked Georgia finishes a five-game road swing with second-ranked Clemson Tuesday at Doug Kingsmore Stadium. First pitch will be at 8 p.m. EDT (ESPNU). The Bulldogs (33-9), who have the No. 1 RPI per the NCAA, will face a talented Tiger squad with a 35-7 record. Clemson has won 10 of their last 12 games including two straight ACC series over Stanford and Louisville. After roaring out to a 29-2 start, Georgia is 4-7 in its last 11 games including getting swept at No. 5 Texas and #19 Vanderbilt with a series win over top-ranked Arkansas in Athens during this stretch. Clemson's RPI is No. 7. The Bulldogs are batting .299 with a .584 slugging percentage and an NCAA-leading 105 home runs. In the series history with Clemson, Georgia holds a 126-110-2 edge dating to 1900. After the Clemson game, Georgia opens an SEC series Thursday at Foley Field against No. 14 Oklahoma.  

ATLANTA, Ga. -  Unranked Georgia softball opens its final stretch of the 2025 regular season with a midweek matchup at Georgia Tech on Tuesday. First pitch in the rivalry game is set for 8 p.m., live from Atlanta on ACC Network. Georgia leads the all-time series 35-11. Georgia is 16-6 in the series in Atlanta. Georgia will close out the regular season with a three-game series at Missouri May 1-3 in Columbia, Missouri.

Greensboro, Ga. – Georgia head coach Kirby Smart will represent the Bulldogs in the 18th annual Southern Company Peach Bowl Challenge charity golf tournament held April 27 – 29 at Reynolds Lake Oconee outside of Atlanta. This represents coach Smart's ninth appearance in the Southern Company Peach Bowl Challenge as he looks to add to the $341,250 in charitable winnings he's already won in previous events.

ATHENS, Ga. – Brazilian international Gustavo "Gus" Ribeiro de Almeida has signed with the Bulldogs for the 2025-26 campaign head coach Jamie Hunt announced on Monday afternoon.  Almeida holds an ATP World Ranking of 842 – the highest of any incoming freshman in college tennis this year. He also holds a 13.30 Universal Tennis Rating, also the highest of any incoming freshman in college tennis this year, and an ITF World Junior Ranking of No. 41. In his career, Almeida has competed as a junior at Roland-Garros, Wimbledon and the U.S. Open. He's qualified for two ATP Challenger events and finished as a finalist at the M15 Lujan. Almeida has also finished as a quarter-finalist at the M25 Lujan and M15 Azul. More, Almeida was in the squad for Brazil's first Davis Cup Junior title in 2022.
