little Ford Connect Transit. Have saved a little over $2500.
Friday the Transmission in my pickup truck started slipping. Took it yesterday to North Georgia Transmission that was recommended by 3 friends saying they were good and most reasonable. Awaiting the good or bad news.
Our 3 vehicle family is currently down to 1 that runs.

Hope you get good news, Roga, automatic tranny's are a black box of magic to me. No user serviceable parts inside. I have tried to keep a manual vehicle in the family , cause I might be able to change a clutch ; but there's dang few options for manuals now. My truck's a 2017 stick ; next to last year they were made I think. My wife had a ten speed tranny freeze on an interstate exit ramp at 12K miles, needed "reprogramming", yikes!

I wish. Besides the payment on a new truck over $700, wife and I are covering vehicle payments for both kids while they are going through financial issues. Short term for one as son only has a few more payments. Also had to buy new washer and dryer the last 3 months and owe the hospital $2500 for my short vacation there in early July.
2026 has basically sucked financially for the Roga Ranch.
