We started out 0-2 against Arkansas for 12 years.

The first two losses were the worst, Our undefeated 1968 team lost Sugar Bowl. Led by fifth-year head coach Vince Dooley, the Bulldogs compiled an overall record of 8–1–2, with a mark of 5–0–1 in conference play, and finished as SEC champion. The team was named national champion by NCAA-designated major selector Litkenhous. The Sugar Bowl game had eleven turnovers (eight by Georgia). 

The second loss was the Cotton Bowl in 1975. Led by 12th-year head coach Vince Dooley, the Bulldogs compiled an overall record of 9–3, with a mark of 5–1 in conference play, and finished tied for second in the SEC. The Bulldogs took an early 10–3 lead. Arkansas wouldn't score a touchdown until Georgia's QB Ray Goff tried a 'shoestring' play. 

So we were 0-2 for 12 years until the 1987 Liberty Bowl. Dooley's next to last season. John Kasay's kick from 39 yards out split through the uprights with no time remaining, giving the Bulldogs their first bowl victory since 1984.

We whooped them again in the 1991 Poulan/Weed Eater Independence Bowl. Georgia defeated #6 Clemson, but lost to an unranked Vanderbilt team to enter the game at 8–3.  Georgia began the scoring early, throwing two touchdown passes from Eric Zeier. After halftime, Georgia's Andre Hastings broke a 53-yard touchdown run.

Then they joined the SEC and we won in Fayetteville in 1992, a pretty good year for Ray Goff but we lost at home in 1993, the beginning of 3 non bowl seasons under Ray Goff. 

Rolled off 6 in a roll including an SEC Championship in 2002. Won the rest other than 2010 when A.J. Green missed the first 4 games and we started out 1 and 4. CMR's only losing season 6-7. 

Well here we are 12-4 and 24 point favorites. 6-0 in State of Arkansas.
