ATHENS, Ga. – Sophomore Addisen Fisher's complete game shutout and senior Marisa Miller's solo home run helped the 10th-seeded Georgia Bulldogs advance to its fourth-straight Super Regional with a 5-0 win over Clemson on Sunday afternoon at the Jack Turner Stadium. Georgia advances to its fourth-straight Super Regional against the winner of the Knoxville Regional. Scheduling for the Super Regional will be announced when made available.
HOOVER, Al. – The Southeastern Conference champion Georgia Bulldogs will be the top seed in the upcoming Southeastern Conference Baseball Tournament at the Hoover (Ala.) Metropolitan Complex. The Bulldogs (43-12, 23-7 SEC), ranked as high as No. 4 nationally, earned a double bye with their top finish in league play. Georgia will play on Thursday at 4 p.m. ET, and their opponent has yet to be determined. Teams are seeded based on winning percentage in regular season conference competition. The Bulldogs will be making their 31st appearance at the SEC Tournament where they are 31-52. Georgia's best finish at the event has been second three times. Meanwhile, the 2026 NCAA Tournament field of 64 will be announced on Memorial Day, May 25. With its overall record, SEC title and consensus top five ranking, the Bulldogs are in position once again be a top eight national seed for the third consecutive year.
AUBURN, Ala. --- The Georgia women used two individual titles to take third while the men had one conference champion to help them finish fifth as the Southeastern Conference Outdoor Championships wrapped up in Auburn, Ala., Saturday.
