Of course his post is completely fake and likely just copy/pasted from Facebook, but it clearly deals with USAID spending. If I were to post about questionable government spending in other areas would that be ok?  Is just saying "this is not political" all it takes to not be considered political?

Sorry for not moving sooner.   Been busy supervising my deck being built and not paying close enough attention.
Certainly Okra was substituted for Oprah to skirt the rules.
