Made this several years in a row for Christmas but too lazy now.  Big Grin  Very tasty (and even more unhealthy Cool )
note: most agree that half'n'half is the correct sub for "coffee creamer'.

Use the Half&Half you suggested, Monkfruit Sweetner and cut the Bourbon by 2/3s and it's almost Keto friendly. Wink
