College GameDay announced Saturday night that it is headed to Knoxville for next week's game between No. 4 Georgia and No. 22 Tennessee. This will be GameDay's first Georgia game since last December's SEC title game and the show's first regular season game featuring the Bulldogs since last November's game against the Volunteers. This will be Georgia's 41st appearance on College GameDay. The Bulldogs have a 20-20 record when their game is featured on the long-running pre-game show. The Bulldogs were 3-1 in games that GameDay featured in 2024. Georgia beat Texas twice and beat Tennessee but lost at Alabama. Georgia-Tennessee has been College GameDay's featured game four times over the years. The teams split those four meetings with Tennessee winning in 1995 and 1998 and Georgia winning in 2022 and 2024. Georgia has a 29-22-2 all-time record against Tennessee as part of a series that dates back to 1903. The Bulldogs have won eight consecutive meetings in the rivalry, the longest streak since the Volunteers won nine straight from 1989-1999.

I have serious doubts.  UT has taken care of business against their cupcakes, we've looked pretty mediocre.
