Broiler pan. I guess thats why most friday nights i do a steak and i think it possibly some of the best steak you will eat. Most of the time its a snake river farm ribeye or a steak from the cousins cattle farm. I vary the ways i cook them. Sometimes blackened sometimes chicago style in a cast iron skillet sometimes reverse seared sometimes just grilled on hot as you can get a green egg. I like that first slice with a nice bourbon. I hope you all can enjoy the simple pleasures in life as you are aging. I only wish the best for you and your families. Heres to our marriages being great our children solid successful good people and your dogs being top 10% in their breed.
And id be remiss not to mention DaetheDawg and Lawdawg. So im remiss

My buddy cooked a Picanha on his RecTec tonight. As good as any steak I’ve ever had. Just grabbed at Publix.

Right on! We didn’t eat steaks much as a kid. Our cows were for selling to make money. Kids are hamburger but not steak. I enjoy one once or twice every cuppa weeks and it’s truly a pleasure.
It makes my day when I cook em.
