Have you looked underneath ? Step one….. pull the plug wire, don’t want a chance of this thing firing up with your hands under there. Now flip it up where you can see underneath. Possible blade could be bent in the shape of a McKonkey pass route, or possible a chunk of that concrete is wedged between the blade and the deck.
