start with some EVOO and sauté some onions and garlic with those little red dried Thai peppers. Start out with the red peppers but don’t let them burn.

Add the UNPEELED shrimps and cook for about a minute on each side. Take them out, add butter, parsley, splash of fish sauce, Asian red chili sauce and white wine. Season it a little with Old Bay or another seasonings if you like. Let it simmer for a few minutes.

Pour sauce over shrimp and serve.

This ends up being kinda like New Orleans style BBQ shrimp but with an Asian twist.
