5 - 6 half chicken breasts
1 12 oz. Bottle of Frank’s buffalo sauce
1 8 oz. Pack of Philadelphia cream cheese
8 oz. Of Marie’s chunky blue cheese (comes in 12 oz. Bottle)
8 oz. Of shredded cheddar
Bake chicken breasts and let them cool. Shred or chop them finely.
Pour / mix all other ingredients into a sauce pan on low to medium heat while chicken is baking.
When chicken is finely chopped, mix / stir all ingredients into a baking / casserole dish with a lid. We use a white corning ware dish with glass lid.
Bake in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips. Tostito’s scoops work well.
